Well the holidays are here -- and that means that the darn temperature keeps dropping. Today I woke up and ran with Michele and Caitlin out in Fairfax... I am not sure how it happened but the temp seemed to DROP as we ran... It was a brisk 24 degrees when we finished. I swear my butt is still defrosting from the run. I really think that in a situation like that you have to run 6+ miles to even begin to warm up... (don't get too excited - we only did three). BUT I think that running with girlfriends is a great way to start the week! :)

As for the fundraising, things are going great so far - everyone is being incredibly generous - and in a tough economy like this, it is great to know that people are still willing to give to such a great cause as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

One thing I haven't talked about yet this year is my amazing TEAM! I absolutely LOVE the team - a bunch of us went out last Thursday after the fundraising clinic in Cleveland Park and I had SO much fun! I will post a few photos soon so everyone can see that TNT is fun not only DURING the trainings and race, but also outside. We have some amazing captains and personalities on the team and I know that it is going to be a great season! I can't wait until after the holidays so we can all get together again! :)
